Picture this…. five idyllic days of flowers, fragrance, food, art, crafts and wine in the verdant Dordogne Valley in South West France. The Wildflower School has two highly sought after places become available for their fully booked workshop La Vie En Rose in France at the end of May.
Running in late spring from the 27th May to 1st June this year, the workshop will have in attendance rock star florist, Lucy the Flower Hunter – a talented author, photographer and landscape garden designer. Attendees will stay in one of three exquisitely renovated historic stone villas, pick blooms at a local small flower farm and create garden style hand tied bouquets and arrangements.
To add to this incredible experience, the trip includes a visit to French antique shops to choose a vase to arrange in and travel in cute Citroen 2CVs on a full day gourmet food and wine tour. There is opportunity to explore local villages or relax by the pool, share a lovely long lunch each day and eat out at French brasseries in the evenings. Need we say more.
