Hi, I’m Greta the founder and editor of Together Journal, a modern magazine and digital platform which has been one of the main drivers of the modern wedding movement globally.

 

With Together Journal, we set out to do two things; On a global scale we wanted to create a niche community of like-minded people and brands who wanted to see a change in the wedding sector. And to set off a modern movement away from tradition, where couples have the freedom to create celebrations that truly reflect them.

 

And now over six years in, we feel very proud to have been one of the main catalysts for modernising weddings. Our print and digital platforms are recognised globally as one of the most fashionable places for wedding artisans to showcase their work and for couples to source ideas and be inspired. It’s a privilege to feature so much talent and to tell the love stories of so many unique couples, as well as inspire more to celebrate in ways that are true to them.

Karen Walker is the designer behind her eponymous label, best known for its signature optimism and eccentric energy with a stellar international following. Karen Walker’s innate power as a designer has always sprung from diversity; that sense that whenever and wherever you might find yourself, you could turn to her racks and pull the perfect look together. Her jewellery, if anything, has taken that sense of purpose one step further, empowering women to wear pieces that acknowledge and celebrate new rituals and iconic moments. With Karen Walker Atelier, she completes the circle by celebrating the most romantic of all rituals – the wedding day. Karen Walker Atelier is a bespoke collection of wedding day outfits and jewellery, all made specifically for, and in consultation with, the client by appointment.
